These Terms govern your use of POKEDOG (operated by CLBPRO Marketing LLC). By submitting a photo or placing an order, you accept them.

What POKEDOG is

POKEDOG is an independent, fan-made art service that turns photos of your pets into original illustrated characters, then prints those illustrations on physical products (shirts, mugs, stickers, etc.) fulfilled by Printify.

Fan-art disclaimer

POKEDOG is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or Creatures Inc. “Pokémon” is a trademark of Nintendo. All artwork on POKEDOG is original work created from customer-submitted pet photos. POKEDOG-generated art is sold as an independent, transformative fan-made interpretation.

Submitting a photo

By uploading a pet photo, you confirm:

  • You own the photo or have the photographer’s permission to use it
  • The pet in the photo is yours OR the owner is fine with you commissioning art of it
  • You grant POKEDOG a non-exclusive license to use the photo to create your preview and final art
  • You are at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s permission)

Free preview

The AI-generated preview is free. It’s a draft sketch — not the final art. We may decline to generate a preview if the submission violates these Terms (for example, if the photo contains other people without consent, copyrighted material, or anything unlawful).

Ordering a product

If you choose to buy a printed product:

  • You purchase through Printify’s storefront. Printify processes payment, prints, and ships. Their terms apply to the purchase.
  • POKEDOG receives a small commission from each sale. Pricing is set by Printify plus our markup.
  • Products are made to order. Typical production + shipping is 7–14 days.

Our art rights

POKEDOG retains copyright on the illustrated character (the “Pokédog”) created from your photo. You receive an unlimited personal-use license to use the illustrated character on products purchased through our service. Commercial resale of the illustration is not granted.

Acceptable use

Don’t submit photos that:

  • Contain other identifiable people without their consent
  • Contain explicit, violent, hateful, or unlawful content
  • Infringe someone else’s copyright

We reserve the right to refuse service.

No warranties / limitation of liability

POKEDOG’s service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee uninterrupted service or that the AI preview will look exactly how you imagined. To the maximum extent allowed by law, CLBPRO Marketing LLC’s total liability for any claim related to POKEDOG is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State where CLBPRO Marketing LLC is registered.

Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
