What you can expect from us
- Reply time: within 24 hours weekdays (Mon-Fri), within 48 hours weekends.
- Order issues: we fix it — free re-render, free reprint if the shirt is wrong.
- Refunds: processed within 5 business days of approval. Digital render = no refund (it’s free).
- Custom requests: multi-dog packs, cats, rabbits, deceased pets — we do them. Quote within 2 business days.
