POKEDOG (operated by CLBPRO Marketing LLC, “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, optional phone, pet photo(s), and the details you share about your pet when submitting the free preview form.
  • Email engagement: opens, clicks, and unsubscribes from our emails (via Brevo).
  • Basic site data: IP, browser, pages visited (standard server logs and analytics).

What we don’t collect

  • We do not collect payment card numbers. All purchases are processed by Printify; their privacy policy governs your payment data.
  • We do not require accounts. There is no login.
  • We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

How we use it

  • To make your free Pokédog preview from your pet photo.
  • To send you the preview and follow-up emails about your custom products (you can unsubscribe at any time).
  • To process orders fulfilled by Printify (we share your shipping name/address with Printify so they can ship the product).
  • To improve our service.

Your dog’s photo specifically

We know this is the #1 question for any AI image product, so here’s the direct answer:

  • We use your uploaded photo only to generate your Pokédog card and any merchandise you order.
  • We store it for up to 12 months so we can reprint or revise your order if you ask.
  • We do not sell it. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use it to train AI models.
  • The AI providers we use (per their stated policies) do not retain submitted images.
  • You can request deletion of your photo at any time by emailing hello@pokedog.io.

Third parties we use

  • Printify — print-on-demand fulfillment. Printify privacy policy
  • Brevo (Sendinblue) — transactional and marketing email. Brevo privacy policy
  • Abacus / OpenAI / Google — AI models that generate the preview from your photo. Photos are submitted to these providers transiently and not retained by them per their stated policies.
  • Hostinger — site hosting.

Your rights

If you’re in the US, EU/UK, or California, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of marketing emails (one-click unsubscribe at the bottom of every email)
  • Object to certain uses

Children

POKEDOG is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

We update this policy as our service evolves. Material changes are announced at the top of this page and to active email subscribers.
