Is this official Pokémon merchandise?

No, and we’re proud of that. POKEDOG is an independent, fan-made art studio. We’re not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company. Every card is an original illustration of your dog, drawn in a style that tips its hat to the trading-card art we grew up on. See the fan-art disclaimer.

Will it actually look like my dog?

That’s the whole point. Upload a clear, well-lit photo of your dog facing the camera and we’ll capture the likeness — color, build, ear shape, the underbite, the unique markings. The closer the reference photo, the better the result. If the first render misses, we’ll redraw it free.

What types can I pick?

Fire 🔥, Water 💧, Electric ⚡, Grass 🌿, Psychic 🔮, Fighting ⚔️, Dark 🌑, and Normal ⭐. Pick whichever matches your dog’s energy. You can also let us suggest one if you’re undecided.

Can you do cats / rabbits / other pets?

Yes — email us. The form is dog-focused but the artist team draws any pet. Quote within 2 business days.

Can you do a deceased pet?

Yes. Many of our customer orders are memorial cards. Tell us in the form notes or email us — we’ll treat it with care, no rush.

Can I do multiple dogs on one card?

Yes — submit each dog’s photo and tell us they belong together in the notes. We’ll draw them as a team card. Same price as a single card.

Process & timing

How long does it take?

AI preview lands in your inbox within ~10 minutes. If you order a product, a real artist refines the artwork in 1-3 business days. Printing + shipping (Printify) takes another 5-10 business days. Door-to-door: typically 7-14 days from approved artwork.

What if I don’t like the preview?

Free re-render. The preview is yours to keep regardless. Don’t order a product until you see one you like — and we redraw the final art before printing too.

What photo format works best?

JPG or PNG, daylight, dog facing the camera, single-subject (other animals/objects/people can confuse the AI). High resolution helps but isn’t required — your phone is fine.

Do I have to make an account?

No. The render form takes your email so we can send the result. No account, no password, no signup pressure.

What do you sell?

Tee ($29), wraparound mug ($19), sticker ($5), magnet ($6), coaster ($8), pin button ($4). Or the Full Stack bundle for $49. See the shop and pricing.

What sizes do tees come in?

XS through 3XL on most styles. Specific sizing varies by product — Printify storefront shows the chart at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Printify fulfills from US, EU, UK, and AU warehouses — usually the closest to your address. Shipping cost shown at checkout. Customs/duties are your responsibility.

What’s your return policy?

Wrong product, damaged in shipping, or printing defect → free replacement, no return needed (just photo evidence). Sizing issues on custom apparel are case-by-case — email us. Digital renders are non-refundable (they’re free). See refund & shipping policy.

Is there a discount for multiple dogs?

Yes — second card art is 50% off when ordered together. Email us with both submissions and we’ll arrange it.

Money

How do you make money if the render is free?

Products. About 1 in 3 people who get a render order something. The other 2 get a free wallpaper of their dog. We’re fine with that.

Where does the 5% charity money go?

Dog rescue. Quarterly transfers to a vetted partner — receipts published on the charity page. Q1 2026 partner being chosen.

What payment methods?

Credit / debit / Apple Pay / Google Pay via the Printify storefront. PayPal coming with Stripe integration.
